By the way, no pumpkin pie has been made yet. Why you ask? Because there are NO pumpkins. Been to numerous stores, both England and Scotland trying to find pumpkins but no one sells them as they are apparently considered to be pig food. (so I’ve heard from a New Zealand friend). Guy Fawkes night tonight. Hopefully then the lead up nightly, amateur, noisy firework displays will finally stop. Going out for drinks tonight drinks as my Saffa Nick is going away. My favourite South African is leaving me. Who is going to continue the "Getting naked" dance?? Going to miss him heaps. |
